The staff at Lexington is committed to providing outstanding care, to comfort you and your family during your stay.

In most cases, our caring social service, human resource department or any member of our management staff will be able to answer your questions concerning patient care or services as well as employee-related issues quickly.

If you are unhappy at any time with the response you receive from our staff, we encourage you to call our I CARE Help Line to record a message to share your experience with us.

I CARE is a service available to our patients, their families and our employees as a place to turn for assistance in obtaining answers to their important questions or concerns that may not have been adequately addressed by our facility staff. 

Corporate I CARE Help Line

The Corporate I CARE Help Line is a separate phone line designed to provide additional support beyond the facility level to alert us to your needs and allow us the opportunity to improve our service to you.
