I am responsible and accountable for the operations of the facility.

Why did you decide to work at Lexington?
I was impressed from the start with the interview process. The atmosphere was friendly, team-oriented and supportive. Every employee I was introduced to has such a passion for the work they do at Lexington. I found that to be very refreshing and exciting, and that is when I made my decision to be part of their team.

What factors were important to your decision to begin a career here (e.g., reputation, size/growth, advancement potential, leadership/structure, work-life balance, benefits/compensation, etc.)?
Lexington is the premier provider of Sub-Acute Care Services. Their facilities are state of the art, designed with the residents needs in mind. Their supportive leadership team and friendly environment welcomed me. Lexington is committed to their residents, families and employees through their mission, vision and values. They celebrate life through their quality care and compassion. As for advancement, I always look for an organization that has no ceilings; at Lexington the "Sky's the Limit".

In your opinion, what is the working environment like at Lexington?
The working environment is team-oriented and supportive. The Administrators work closely with the corporate support team to improve processes and implement new programs. The best part of working at Lexington is that each employee adds value and contributes to the end result.

The relationships I have started with my residents and their families, my facility staff, and my professional colleagues.
